SHIPPING TO A COLLEGE CAMPUS? READ THIS.
Before ordering, triple-check your address against your university post office or Residence Life guidelines. College campuses sort their mail separately from USPS, and many request that all your mail be tracked. If you have had issues with mail arriving in flat envelopes, please upgrade to USPS with Tracking at checkout. If you pay for regular
shipping ($1.00) your order will NOT be tracked. If you choose not to upgrade, please allow 30 days for arrival from the day your order ships. Also, please check your mailbox & check for notifications for your campus post office because contacting us about missing an order. Effective 3/25/19, we will not provide refunds or replacements for orders to college campuses under any circumstance.

Every item in my shop is based on designs either hand-painted or graphically designed by me, and printed on stickers that are waterproof, dishwasher safe, scratch resistant and UV resistant - perfect for use on cars, laptops, water bottles, coolers, and more.

OFFICIAL LICENSED PRODUCTS:
Every Greek design in my shop has been approved and licensed through Affinity Consultants, as required by all Panhellenic & IFC organizations. A 8.5 to 9.5% royalty is paid on each item sold to the organization represented. Please help to protect the integrity of the organizations by only purchasing through Etsy sellers offering officially licensed products.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
Q: Can I place a custom order?
A: If you have an existing logo or design that you'd like printed, I am happy to do that - just message me to get started! I am currently accepting from-scratch customs on a case-by-case basis.

Q: How are stickers packaged?
A: Stickers are always packaged in cellophane, and we are happy to write a custom note from you to the person you are ordering for on the back of the thank-you card included with each order. During the holiday season, you can add holiday packaging to your order for $1.00.

Q: Do you offer bulk discounts?
A: If you are interested in purchasing 10 or more items, contact me for pricing.
GREEK ITEMS: There is a listing in my shop for purchasing sorority items in quantities of 10 or more - just search "bulk."

Q: How do I apply my sticker?
A: Before affixing your sticker, make sure the surface is clean and dry. Then, peel off the paper backing, and apply. Use a credit card or other hard plastic to smooth it into place. Once affixed, stickers are dishwasher safe and scratch resistant. To remove them, peel them up all around the sides, then it should peel off cleanly. Remove any residue with Dawn soap. While this has never been an issue that customers have brought to our attention, we are not responsible to any damage to your items caused by the sticker, or any damage to the sticker during application. We provide no warranties or guaranties as to the life of the stickers, but they are the most durable stickers on the market.

Q: Where is my order?
A: USPS typically delivers in 3 days, but on a few occasions, we have mailed stickers just an hour or so down the road, and they've taken 6 weeks. This is not something we have control over.

Because the cost of packaging and tracking is more than what most items in this shop cost, we do not supply a tracking number with our orders, but we highly encourage you to upgrade to USPS WITH TRACKING if you are unwilling to wait up to one month.

We cannot guarantee ship times and are not responsible to delays by the United States Postal Service, but if you have not received your item in one month from the day it was shipped, contact me about replacement or refund. We will NOT replace any item before one month from the ship date.

Q: I have a question you haven't addressed.
A: We ALWAYS respond to customer inquiries. Just contact us.
